Cyberwoven Agency

I am the lead email marketing specialist at Cyberwoven’s agency, an opportunity that has helped me diversify my industry experience.

One of my favorite parts of working with clients is discovering solutions to fit their needs. As a consultant for brands like the University of Southern California, I help identify gaps in their CRM organization and campaign management, then create the audit, strategy, recommendations and implement the projects.

I use drag-and-drop and HTML/CSS templates to develop emails on platforms such as Mailchimp and Salesforce Pardot.

Kiawah River

Kiawah River is a new waterfront community located 15 miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina. This stunning Lowcountry community encompasses 2,000 acres of marshland, creeks and ponds, oak and pine forests, and riverfront property on Johns Island. Featuring amenities celebrating the sea islands life, the master plan includes a community farm, a swim club, events hall, retail village, deep water dock and 21 miles of nature trails.

The Jasper

The Jasper is the culmination of years of creative thinking —including a lengthy design and approval process—to ensure that this new building’s form and function represents well the dedication we all feel toward Charleston and its architecture, neighborhood life and history.

For The Beach Company, founded in 1945, the development of The Jasper on this waterfront property in Charleston’s Historic District is an important, rare opportunity to create a landmark, legacy property that’s among the finest built in Charleston.

Kiawah River

I managed over 70 email campaigns a year on average for Kiawah River, a vibrant sea islands village community located near Charleston, S.C. I launched the brand’s email marketing with zero subscribers in 2018, our subscriber base is increased to 32,000 by the time I left in 2021. And in 2020, I earned a Silver Award for its monthly email newsletter from the In-House Agency Forum.

My role was to create the editorial calendar, pitch content ideas, write blog posts, design graphics, select imagery and create CTAs that performed well. I followed-up with monthly newsletter reports for my client to translate the value from an analytical perspective. Kiawah River’s monthly newsletter had an average open rate of 48%, beating the Real Estate industry standard of 21%.

The Jasper

The Jasper was The Beach Company’s legacy project in heart of historic Charleston. My team took months to develop the brand’s voice and approach for cross-platform communications. From 2019 to 2021, I managed the The Jasper’s monthly newsletter from content and imagery to segmentation and reporting. My goal was to drive sales, web traffic, brand awareness and to tell The Jasper story.

Each month, I worked with my client to brainstorm content ideas, and then I developed blog posts, chose effective photography and collaborated on social media efforts. From 2020 to 2021, the newsletter grew from 150 to 2,217 subscribers with an average open rate of 59.3%, higher than industry average of 21.3%.
